Build v23 · B1 tee = start − offset
Engrave clamp tees, cut the fishmouths, then bend. Two files — engrave pass then cut pass.
Set mark power, run Engrave. Reset to cut power, run Cut.
Left / right legs + middle = tangent gap between bends by default. Parent C–C is optional under U options.
Cage24: 33.46 / 13.46 / 33.42 · two 90s · 6″ CLR.
Each row: angle, set clamp (0 = same plane, 180 = S), then the next straight.
Sacrificial pipe on both ends so the tube still holds the roller after the bend (default 6″ each). Notches and tees stay on the finished part — trim stick after.
Optional “vents” / die-face ticks on the clamp T. Leave off until those stations are sorted — clamp tees still engrave.
Type a part name to burn a label on a straight.
Leave square if the end is plain. Notch the flat blank, then bend.
Center → out · clamp on the material side · flip between bends.
Clamp tee = clock mark. Set clamp = Rogue clamp degrees. Bend start is the tangent only.

Secondary. G-code is the shop output. Red = location / horn, blue = rotation A0.
Gold T = clamp/stop toward CTR. Orange = bend start. Green = bend-pair CTR. Cyan = arc. Gray = bend stick.
Centerline after bending.
